The Republic of Vinland is a small State with its Capital city in Northern America, and its principal Cantons enclaved the Western and Southern parts of France.
Despite being independent since 2022 Republic of Vinland is not recognized by any States of the International Community, thus it is often referred as a "micronation" by foreign observers.
The Capital city is the Municipality of Ceaburg and is on the UTC-5:00 time zone. Since September 2023, a Discord server is used to represents Ceaburg, and host most of the State activities.

VINNISH PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION SET FOR NOVEMBER 2nd 2025
The first presidential election will be held on November 2nd 2025, the citizens of Vinland will go to the polls to cast their votes for the Presidency of Vinland.
The Candidate with the most votes will be elected president of Vinland, and the transfer of power, if necessary will occur on December 1st 2025 between the president-elect and their predecessor.

The Republic of Vinland judicial system relies on a mix system of common law, based on previous cases, and civil law, based on codified rules.
According to the Legal Statuses Act, the Presidency can codify any statuses, which are then compiled into the National Codes & Statuses of Vinland.Â
The codified statuses will then be used by the National Court of Vinland to rule in legal affairs when relevant, along with existing jurisprudence.
